this song sucks. i would rank it behind my name is and without you and just above just lose it for a first single.

this is not the eminem flow ive been waiting for. i just dont like how he flows in it, its kinda off beat. em's verses have always been like a multi-syllabic puzzle to me but this doesnt really sound like that. it just sounds like him rapping fast and high-pitched in that accent he's been using since encore.

this is not hip hop to me. i think this is the most "pop" single he's ever released. i hope that he hasnt changed 180 as an artist and there are remnants of the SSLP-Eminem Show style in his other songs.

relapse freestyle, crack a bottle, and we made you have all disappointed me so far. the freestyle is the only verse where he kinda flows in a more traditional pattern but even there the accent killed it. i mean his verses have always kinda been all over the place but it was also focused at the same time. these verses dont seem focused to me, he's trying to talk about too many things and not really setting himself up for the crazy punchlines and wordplay.

its hard to explain but overall im disappointed. better than 95% of the stuff out though.

Honestly, that was worse than Just Lose It, i thought with this long time out, he'd hve something better to come back with, it makes Crack A Bottle a great song, i don't understand why he's always gotta do pop references for a first single and i thought the beat was horrible to go with it. This has completely ruined my faith in relaspe s i guess i download itr unless the album is MESMERISING but judging with shit like that i'm gonna save myself money.

That's not 320 kbps, and the quality sounds the same. You can't increase the bitrate of an existing audio file without degrading the quality; it would need to have been originally created at that 320 kbps. Remastering a song is different, but that's clearly not what you did. I hope you had good intentions to make it better without knowing what you were doing, because otherwise that would be a very ignorant thing to do.

Anyway, I have both positive and negative feedback on this new video/song:

I saw the new video on MTV when it first aired: 6:00 AM EDT on the dot. Like many, I was disappointed at first. However, after listening to the CD quality of it available for download here, I was able to focus on the lyrics and production more, and I changed my opinion; it's not that bad of a song.

But let me focus back on the criticism. Eminem is clearly showing a great lack of skill when compared to his other material. He just doesn't live to his potential anymore, and it's scary because the hip-hop scene needs him very badly. Eminem's true skill is in his lyrics, and when he sells out an image to make a pop single like that, it becomes damaging to his reputation.

I liked "The Real Slim Shady" and "Without Me" as pop hits because they were well made and displayed true skill. "Just Lose It" was garbage as most should agree, but at least "We Made You" was at a considerably higher level than that. So while I can acknowledge the song as fairly well made, I cannot praise it when comparing it to Eminem's previous work and great potential. Here's hoping for the rest of the album to be better!
