Anyone who has any common sense knows this is ancient news. I've a nine year old son, and I know Hailie is a year or 2 older than him, so that puts this news as five years old. But, I'd say it's nearer the release of Encore around 2004, 50 obviously promoting and explaining EMinems "When I`m Gone" and his reason for not finishing the European leg of his world tour.
