Yes.. How do I that ?

I have some important things in it, but when I want to open it it says I have to format.
And if I do that the things will be deleted!

but the info might become useful to someone out there.

Try downloading and burning a Ubuntu Live CD http://www.ubuntu.com run the "live" CD and then once Ubuntu is loaded put the USB stick in the computer.

Google: Ubuntu live CD. There will be instructions.

reason this happened is probly coz you just pulled hte memory stick out of the computer once, should always right click the drive and select "safely remove hardware" ro "eject" before pulling the memory stick out.

dunno how to help ya problem just posting for the sake of it.
