Well the first thing you need is a domain obviously you can just google buy domains or if you want a sub-domain look here.

If you sign up a domain I suggest downloading a ftp (File Transport Protocol) I use filezilla easy to understand.

Download Filezilla Client.
Now to code you'll need to learn these main things well hey are the main things in my eyes.
-HTML
-CSS
-JavaScript
-PHP
-Photshop cs3 (Well you need graphics on your site right?)
Those are the main things I suggest working with. So now your asking how do I write these scripts? There are alot of thinmgs to use but the main editor I use is notepad++ OR NOTEPAD2. Best to google Free HTML editors. Here are some link that helped me learn this language.
