talk about a un-polished game

so i got smackdownvsraw 2008 the other day, really fun game btw.

anywae here the funny thing, if youve played it youll know the structure of getting voice mails from other characters dissing you and stuff, well during one of the storylines i got a voice mail from john cena, i dont remember the exact words but the text on the message ended with "so i want you there"

but they also get spoken by the character and he didnt stop there after cena took a breath he goes out of character and says "so i want you to be there, you want me to make it perfect?" obviously talking to the engineer who was there while he was recording the parts for the game.

i found this pretty fucked up i mean a game that sells millions of copies like this having simple fuck ups like this, its somehting you wouldnt expect.

also i dont know how many times in pre match build up have i been told im fighting on smackdown, when actually im fighting on raw, and even when i was entering ring and JR was talking about the events he went "the champion of smackdown has had a rough time lately but hopefully this will all be setlled tonight" when i wasnt the champion nor was i on smackdown.

in the magazine articles they constantly contradict thereselves with things like "smackdown has been heating up lately with revent events of david barclay and egde goin head to head, we caught up with raw general manager..." when my created character and egde are both raw contestants, even getting characters mixed up i got told once i was getting called out from chris masters and i could be fighting him in a cage match only to go to the fixture screen and see i was actually fighting randy orton in a singles match...

its completely fucked up, i ovelrook it coz its a really fun game to play but tis still messed up that they released a game with so many bugs and fuck ups
