Xbox 360 - Can I transfer images into it and keep them?

I've connected my pen drive with images into the Xbox 360 and I can watch the pictures but there's no place where it says to transfer them into the hardrive. Can this be done or does it have to be done in another way?

sorry to tell you this but its the same with mp3's...can't put em on there just like that...if you wanna view your images as themes you gotta plug in your usb stick and select themes in your xbox menu, then select the image of your usb stick....this sucks i know but if you wanna view them on ya 360...download the Media Center to your pc, connect you pc with your 360 and view images and vids and music off ya pc...big issue i think they should just make it possible to use the 360 as a storage for vids, pix etc. but somehow they dont want that to be....

Thought so. Well thx anyway. I have an Xbox 360 and a PC right besides each other. What cable do I use to connect them both. The ethernet cable is connected to the rooter the PC is using. I've tested the Media Center before but there was something missing to make it be used.

this is off topic, but while we're askin questions about the 360 already, how do i get music from my Zune onto my 360? all i can do when i plug it in is just play the music, not transfer the songs over.

I can't do that with my iPod so what you do is rip a CD on to the Xbox 360 or use the Media Center which I'm trying.

yea i've done it with the CD, but it sucks you can't transfer music from mp3 players.
