Spore. It has to be one of my favourite games. It's just...Wow. So far at least. Still haven't beaten the game (only had it for 2 days and I havent played at all today )

Okay if you never played it, you gotta buy it or dl it (thats what i did ) So far it has been an amazing experience. The creation, the concept, the graphics are even pretty fucking good. It kinda sucks now since I'm at the Tribe Stage (Kind of copies the way you play games such as Age of Empires), the Creature Stage where you run around, ally or kill other spieces and change your appearance and abilities was just plain fun.

For those who don't know:

Spore is a multi-genre "massively single-player online game"[6][7] developed by Maxis and designed by Will Wright. It allows a player to control the evolution of a species from its beginnings as a unicellular organism, through development as an intelligent and social creature, to interstellar exploration as a spacefaring culture. It has drawn wide attention for its massive scope, and its use of open-ended gameplay and procedural generation.
The full version of the game was released on September 4, 2008, in Australia and the Nordic region, but Australian stores prematurely broke the street date on September 2, 2008.[4] The game was released September 5, 2008 in Europe, Japan, South America and New Zealand[8], and was released on September 7, 2008 in North America and Asia Pacific territories.[2] Spore is also available for direct download from Electronic Arts.[9] A special edition of the game, Spore: Galactic Edition, additionally includes a "Making of Spore" DVD video, "How to Build a Better Being" DVD video by National Geographic Channel, "The Art of Spore" hardback mini-book, a fold-out Spore poster and a 97-page Galactic Handbook published by Prima Games.[10]

it was pretty awesome to me, and yeah the concept is cool. But shit man, your character, can be like ANYTHING. its so fucking customizable. It took me a bit to figure that out tho, so for a while i had some retarded frog creature, but then i figured out how to screw with it, and eventually it turned into a dragon...and then a dragon with 4 feet and 4 arms

And who cares, just download a torrent for it, if you dont like it in the end, at least you didnt pay squat for it (it took me 1 day to dl, so its not much of a nuisance to dl).

Yeah my friend talked about this game for a long time and to me it seems pretty good the idea of the game. I can't get it since my computer died.

I've played this game, but it becomes really boring. I got to the space age and have to beat the Grox, but they have a huggggeee colony and nearly impossible to beat.

Well I waited a couple years for this game, thinking it would be the best thing ever.

And after buying it...it pretty much fails. I liked the Creature and Tribal stages, but everything seems to get boring after that. If you want it, download it. Don't waste your money.
