NBA Live 10 or NBA 2k10?

Just wanting to know which game would be better to buy but I only want opinions who have played both. I played both demos and was suprisede when I actually liked Live 10 better. I've been playing 2k series for a couple years now, but it just seems like the same game with just a roster update every year and I do not like how the player you are controlling does not seem to go in the direction you are pressing and the fast breaks are horrible. I have never tried a live series on the 360 so just looking for opinions. Let me know the pros and cons of each.

id go with 2k10 man, i have bought the 2ks since 2k6 and i love em.
they keep makin everything more realistc by the year so better buy imo

......................the lives are WAYYYYYY more realistic and have better graphics, the k's have much more fun (game modes, ect)
