i think its gonna be in the 1970's in carcer city.It cant be current time in carcer because if you remember in manhunt carcer was a shit hole.

i saw a half hour infomercial last night of just the a black screen with the number logo, the website, and a clock counting down the time until they release the trailer.....best half hour i ever spent
