i don't trust "10 out of 10's". only two of them have been reliable. i'm not saying this game will suck, and i too am excited to play it. but i'm preparing for it to suck so i'm not let down from thinkin it'll kick ass.

Well I have the game... Haven't played it yet though.

i got bout 3-4 hours playing time on it now and so far its go to a then to b then to a then to b, punch a guy, go to a then to b, and if it wasnt for me improvising and fighting the cops stealing a gun then delibretly getting killed i wouldnt have any weopons either coz they are rare as hell to find and the only ones ive found are moltoval cocktails and a baseball bat.

as always fun to mess around in and go to the strip club comedy club ect. but so far imo, over-rated the same as all the gta's

me either, but you can still go online with your xbox without it and dl stuff (I did it once)

Just become a sliver member (or was it gold that was free) and you can do all the things (dl stuff) but you can't play games online


and btw....gta 4 comes with a free month of xbox live score

i can't connect to the internet with my xbox, that's the problem. my router is too far away for the cable to reach and the wireless adapter has the most retarded cost i've seen in my life.

I just got it...off to play, will report back with my thoughts.

My Thoughts: I love the game, I heard some people bitch about the graphics on other forums, but they are beautiful for gta. Like bar said, alot of the missions are just the same ol thing. But they have changed alot of things. The cars handle so differently, they are more like real cars. The NPC's are actually like real people. I love to just follow them when they are on their cellphones and eavesdrop. The city feels like a actually city. It's a great game and I love it.

Besides the missions being the same ol thing, I feel that this is the best game in 10 years, like the reviewers say.

see that makes absaloutly no sense. its like admiring a peice of art just for its frame, missions = core gamplay, the city is just the play ground you fuck around in a thing on the side for fun and time to kill when the side part of the game is the main attraction something has went terribly wrong, well imo anywae, thats the reason ive always said gta is over-rated.


also the best game in the last ten years is bullshit and i mean complete bullshit its a impossible thing to determine becuase of genre's, its like someone tried to say a film was the best film in the past ten years its completely bullshit coz its not somehting one person can judge infact no one can judge that unless you asked every single person in the world and even at that if you added up the people that thought the game or film wasnt the best one in the past ten years it would be more than the people that thought it was.

bullshit reviewer like i said in my thread most of the guys reviewing it were extremely over excited when writing there reviews.

Yea but the main attraction of a gta game is just fucking around

Thats why im renting it because it's fun to mess around but I wouldn't really play it.
