retro gaming > PS3,4

Why play all the new games when you can get sega genesis, N 64, super nes, ps1, and ps2? soooo many good titles!

It's like comparing old hip hop to new hip hop. You can go for graphics or you can go for substance and classics!

That's cool just silver. Now what I'm bout to say may sound really odd but I wonder if anyone can relate. Pat of playing video games is to get away from reality. Not that there's anything wrong with reality, but part of playing video games is getting away from reality. The more realistic the video games become, the more it just feels like reality. So that's why some ps1 games are still very fun, because you still feel like you're in another world. But the problem with these real looking games is that you don't feel like you're in a fantasy anymore. So that's why in the past, when the games had more of a cartoon feel, they were fun to play. I would rather play in a cartoon type game that has good graphics/ high definition and looks like the movie ''Avatar'' than to play a game that looks 99 percent real. Who wants real? Might as well just watch movies then.

You don't understand, THE NEWER GAMES HAVE MORE SUBSTANCE THAN OLDER GAMES. Lol just play them for yourself. Retro games do NOT have the depth and capabilities that newer titles do.
