I accidently chose to murder Trevor, and then it saved. Now I can't go back :/

On the internet it says I can play with only Franklin and Michael after I murder him.

I wanted to keep all three... the last option

I chose the death wish option, I didn't want to kill either of them. The same happens if you kill Michael, SajN, you can't play as a dead guy haha. You won't be able to get 100% completion now either, due to not being able to buy properties that are specific to Trevor/any unfinished Strangers & Freaks missions specific to Trevor.

I was high (it was coming down though) during that choice, and for some reason I misunderstood the C-option, so I was like "shit, do I HAVE to kill either one... fuck...", so I chose Trevor because I like Michael more.

I restarted the game, though, because of that, and to earn money on shares during the Assassination missions for Lester. This time I will choose C.

I think I have done 15 missions so far.
