Strict Nat (Xbox Live problem)

does anyone kno how to change it so my nat is an open nat? its annoying cuz since mine is strict it wont let me be invited to other games on halo n shit so heeeeeeeeeeeelp ive looked it up and cant seem to find much . theres even a page on it on the offical xbox website but all that does is exlplain what the differences are between nats n not how to change them.
