Bioshock confirmed for PS3 ;-(

BioShock confirmed for PS3
2K Games has officially announced BioShock for the PS3, finally after half a year of rumours. The game will reportedly have new features added to it to entice both new and existing fans.

“BioShock's extension to the PlayStation 3 system will bring exciting new content to this amazing title and reach many new players,” said the publisher in a statement.

The port has been dated for an October 2008 release.

Why? Why have you done that to us 2K? Bioshock was a very special exclusive for the Xbox 360 which came out around August 2007. It got rated very very highly. The story and graphics are amazing. This game is said to be the game with the best graphics at the moment. Xbox 360 fans would always boast about their beloved Bioshock but that won't happen anymore now that it's going Multi-Platform. I'm not happy.

Something good is that the graphics will be improved for the PS3 supposedly because it's been about a year since it's release. PS3 fans check out this amazing game.

I wasn't happy about Bioshock coming for PS3 because it won't be an extraordinary exclusive anymore but I can still say we got it first. LOL Probably some PS3 fans will say, we'll get better graphics. Well of course you will, after a year since the Xbox 360 release! But in general I don't mind cause it's a great game for everyone to enjoy.

Oh yeah, Bioshock 2 has been announced to be coming out in 2009. Awesome!

I just think PS3 need some good exclusive games to come out. Resistance appears to be shit compared to the Xbox 360 exclusive shooters. Uncharted was said to be a mixture of a lot of games but it never really kick ass. GT 5 is meant to be good actually so that's gd stuff. Haze is meant to be cowdung . All of this coming from reviews. So if PS3 releases some exclusive gd games then it wud kick ass even more. Now they'll have Bioshock which is great but it's not exclusive now.

Now I don't want ppl 2 start tellin me, we got GTA 4, CoD4, Assassin's Creed... U shud kno why.



And another thing, Bioshock movie confirmed. Triple awesome! Also a Peter Jackson (think it was him) Halo movie is being made and I read though not sure if confirmed a Gears Of War movie!

Both are great games. But I'd rather not have Mass Effect as a multi-platform even though it's coming out for PC. It's spoils the exclusiveness of these games.

Mass Effect has a huge galaxy. For every planet you look at. You can find out how much gravity there is, the time it takes to go round it's star, the history of the planet. Loads of stuff, some you can land on others u can't.

Bioshock has an amazing plot. I love the shooter itself and the choices of harvesting or saving the little sisters

it mite but when a game is multi-platform it has to have the same setting for everything. If u look at the differences between CoD 4 and Assassin's Creed on both consoles is that 360 is darker and PS3 is shinier. Exclusive games make a console outstand de otha by having betta game 2 choose. Wiv the 360 u can pretty much get the same games as the PS3 + it's own games. Which don't get 7s in their reviews. Al rite maybe we have Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero which suck ass but i'll keep quiet about dat.

uncharted didnt kick ass? One of the best games ive played.. MGS4 should be great.. And yes xbox had the first to years..

If u look at the exlusives coming to PS3 its gonna be huge, only thing i want from xbox is maybe Gears of war 2 lol.. that looks amazing

i doubt it,microsoft are desperate to move on to the next next gen, i hear their next system is always in plans, the 360 is just to flawed, and the long-term sales marathon will be lost soon, 360 will come last this gen at this rate, in terms of sales its ps3 vs wii, microsoft need the next system , not to be like the 360s shocking failure rate since released since it was rushed out. theres no benifits in moving to blu ray now, only thing that would confirm is that hd-dvd is a dud.

lol every christmas, on 60mins, they have the 360 in the " dud " bin lol, shocking console, my bro went through 3 of them lol, i heard they fixed some of the flaws now, the overheating etc, but the internal design,its to late for any major overhaul, if i was microsoft i would want to get the next console out asap to.

that cause the lauch consoles sucked...so did the ps2, ps1's but they turned out fine

and the graphics are just barely surpassed by ps3 *for now* and xbox can't hold as much data *damn hddvd*

ps2 had that, disk read error,in early models, even tho i got my ps2 since launch and never had that problem, the psone, in the first 6months had a plastic rotor,which will burn out and cause the psone not to read shit, happened to me, had psone since launch, and in terms of graphics, making a game for the 360 is like staking legos, making a game on ps3 is like puting together a complex puzzle, the ps2 after 5 years only then started to show how good it can make games look.

the xbox360, had problems at launch,the only problem is,it still has major problems after 2007, which is shocking, they rushed it out, no question, thats why i didnt buy one.

plus the 360,in graphics, like i said above,is at its potential already, the games on ps3 barely use 30% of the system and can match the 360 lol, but anyway, at this stage, its hard to tell coz the clock speeds for cpu and gpu are so high, ps3 is far superior and will show it in the next few years.

and no,in terms of data, ps3 flys away again lol

plus i havent played no games in months, i dont give a flying shit about gaming competion, i almost got myself a wii aswell, try to use facts and not brand bias, theres just to many 360 fans that anoy the hell outa me with their nonsence.
