BioShock

Postby dbeauluvswomen » May 20th, '09, 08:06

I'm curious to know if anyone has played this. I had never heard of it until last night when I randomly came across a sequel. So I went to Gamespot and looked up its predecessor. I watched a video and it looked pretty crazy and that's just what I like. I also liked the under water idea and I enjoy first person shooters. Can someone shed some light. What's your opinion on this? Is it worth the buy? I don't rent.

It's a fucking awesome game! The plot is great due to its twist, the story in general is fantastic though it doesn't go much in depth, the background story behind the plot is very good indeed. Graphics are :y: and the gameplay is a highlight. I really recommend this game, especially if you like 1st person shooters. I love it! The sequel to it looks sort of weird, it's not really convincing me by the looks of it but I'll still get it cause I love the first one so it's likely to be as good or better.

I wasn't sure of the date BioShock came out, but 20 bucks? Hell, I'll buy it soon then. Thanks for the replies that's all great news. I saw the BioShock 2 trailer yesterday, but it was just some girl on a beach holding a stuffed animal. That was the first time I'd seen/heard of the game. It looked interesting enough to do some research. My PS3 has just been sitting in my room collecting dust and I've only had it for a few months. I need something to play. I'll definitely check this out now. :y:

I tried to write song for you but nothing was good enough, so I'm dedicating them all to you-and you'd be happy to know that I spazzed out on 'em gain!I know you wouldn't have it any other way! Fuck 'em all--let's get 'em!
P.S. I'm sober now, I know you'd be proud. I love you Doody, I'll never forget you. Love, Doody "
