I wouldn't go as far as to say it's the BEST zombie game... Resident Evil still holds that spot for me. But I love Left 4 Dead nonetheless. I saw gameplay footage from a demo or something and when the horde comes, there's this Southern guitar twinge sorta music playing lmao.

Haha, it is a bit creepy when you hear it... I play with one of my bros most of the time I play online and when I hear the cry, I turn my head toward him and give him the look. He does the same.

Speaking of the special infected... it really sucks when you get stuck with the Smoker indoors on vs. mode.

Yeah I don't like it when they say " DONT SHOOT YOUR TEAMMATES!" I mean, isn't it quite obvious that they are blocking me and that I shot them ACCIDENTALLY? It's kinda funny sometimes. Of course, Boomer is irritating!!! But I usually shoot them before they hurl me vomit.

Resident Evil has always been extremely boring to me. The stand and swivel and shoot aiming system all the old ones had (not sure about the new ones) was garbage. And it just wasn't fun to me. When it comes to games that are more or less completely unrealistic I look for fun first. The RE story is better, there's character development and all that, but even in that aspect I prefer Dead Rising. But yeah most people say RE is their favorite, I was just never much of a fan.

Ah I see. I was never a fan of the old Resident Evils... I hated the camera angles and even I honestly thought they weren't as exciting. I get a lot of shit from hardcore RE fans by saying that the 4th was my favorite... a lot of people are like "NO, dude the 5th is sooo much better, the 4th isn't even really a Resident Evil game!" but whatever. Yeah I have Dead Rising, you heard there's a 2nd one coming out right?
