"Pimp My Ride" Runs Out Of Gas, MTV Announces Last Season

After 3 years MTV recently announced that the upcoming season of "Pimp My Ride" will be the show's final run.
The show, hosted by rapper Xzibit, picks up beat up cars from unsuspecting participants and takes them to a custom shop to be upgraded and tailored to the owner's interests.

According to Reuters, the network said the final season of "Pimp My Ride" will be eight episodes and will begin on Sunday (July 22) at 10:30 p.m. The show will be replaced by the new car-makeover competition series, "Trick It Out," hosted by former "American Idol" contestant Becky O'Donohue.

"Trick It Out" will debut at 10 p.m. on Sunday (July 22).

i liked the crew from West Coast Customs better than Gas but i loved this show but oh well..

it was the buired when tim westwood did the uk one.

rofl i'm sorry to say, but i hted the UK version >_> i remember when they put a skeleton on the hood and covered it with some material. it looked gay, ugly and disgusting. oh, and Westwood sucks. i guess that's everything i wanted to say.
