i saw it like 2 days ago. i'm a big fan of horror movies, the more bloody and stupid, the better movie, right?

anyway, i felt a bit disappointed. it wasn't anything special, the idea of the virus which spreads so fast among people who turn into argh-i'm-gonna-kill-you-and-eat-your-intestines creatures is too popular nowadays, shit ain't that scary no more. i also don't like this effect, like first-hand camera, which was also used in Cloverfield. makes me dizzy.

but i liked the ending. when that girl was literally sucked into the darkness.

I loved this film except the ending. Has it been translated to English? Btw [REC] did come out before Cloverfield.

The film takes place in Barcelona.

i didn't know it come out before Cloverfield, it's been played here recently, so i thought Cloverfield was first. but yeah, [REC] is 2007 production, Cloverfield is 2008.. i don't like this effect anyway, so doesn't matter

Because it's a Spanish film which was released over a year ago so It's wasn't gonna go on to the foreign cinemas. Then it came out with English subtitles as a DVD in some other countries.
