Review: This movie is the one of the rare films in which the original sucks into comparrison of the remake. The original scared my ass shitless, and when I saw this for the first time, I literally got so scared I had to mute the tv and do that little kid thing where they put their hands over their eyes and peek through their fingers. Pretty much the same as the original, except creepier storyline and MASKS!!! The actors are great and I definetely ain't missing Jamie Lee Curtis in this film...I only hope that the Friday the 13th remake which will be released February 13th, will surpass its' original. I think highly of it, because for once, it doesn't look all fake and set in the dead of night the whole movie through. And the fact that it's actually starring Jason to begin with in this remake makes it all the more terrifying...Wouldn't you love to see these two mindless-serial killers take a wack at one another? Or add Freddy as a topping, just to make you gape in awe...
