Summary:
I can't really say much without giving the first book away. So, don't read on if you don't want to know what happened in the first book. After having a few weeks off to mourne the death of his parents who were killed by his estranged brother Simon, Special Agent Daniel Vartanian is looking into killings that could represent copycats of rape and murder of Alicia Tremaine. During the investigation he meets Alex Fallon who is looking for her stepsister, Bailey Crighton, who has mysteriously disappeared. It turns out that she is the twin sister of Alicia Tremaine. Are the murders that are going on now and Bailey Crighton's disappearance connected??
Review:
Very good. Good suspense, a little bit of romance chucked in. I wouldn't say you HAVE to read the previous book, Die for me, cause it does explain everything throughout this book, so you're not left in the dark. However, just for good measure, I would personally read the first beforehand. Anyway, I like a book with good tension and suspense, and this definitely has it. Pretty original too, as Karen Rose always seems to be. I'd recommend
