just watched this at the theaters, and I'd like to say it was fuckin great and scary! i love true based horror films. this has to be one of my fav "based on a true story" film along with Amityvile & Texas Chain Saw Massacre (2003) films. all i can say is, I hope there's going to be a part 2. whats your thoughts on this movie?

I just didnt like it. Nothing scary about it. Everything was so predictable. The Film was just gay. IMO

I didn't think the movie was great but it was pretty creepy imo

I am a big horror fan, but The Strangers in my opinion wasn't that great.
Some parts were little bit creepy and that's it. Average. :)

i guess your right, it was just that i was in the mood for an "average horror film" at the time i watched it, so that's probably why i thought it was great.

My last good experience was when i watched The Descent (2005). This was creepy as hell for me.
Dark-narrow places with nasty creatures. It was scary. Most movies these days aren't scary, they just make you jump few times and that's it. :p

naa naa hostel part 2 sucked big time...it didn't even have much highlights, the whole movie your looking for something that's not there. hostel 1 shits all over 2
