South park is becoming too politically involved

Postby DrunkenDeath » Nov 24th, '09, 01:38

surely this can't be...

you know what, you can say what you want but don't disagree on the spot.

the newest episode about pee, half of it is discrimination against every race except white, and in the new seasons, when south park seemed to change like everything about it, cartman become the guy that straight out is hitler. it started out as a joke in the earlier seasons, but now it's becoming serious. why the fuck would south park make an over two minute song about how they don't want any race other than americans to be in america(aka waterpark)?

South park didn't write it.

oh, and they threw in the little pee joke so that people like classtheking, fa-q, lil jon, etc. wouldn't take it seriously.
I'm that dude.

I want to talk shit, but i'll probably get banned for it from now on :sweating:

nah, i mean someone is trying to make people think like what they are showing on TV.

remember the "starvin martin in space" episode? they did everything they could to make it look like africans are aliens and that no one wants them, except for aliens. they even made a UFO come OUT OF NOWHERE, and FOR NO REASON AT ALL, an african guy walked up to it, went inside it and flew off like a space ship is nothing new for him.

according to sources, the "someone" i am talking about does not like african people.

agreed

and it's not like people watch South Park trying to learn life lessons, it's funny not educational or ethical

well, it certainly started out as funny. now if south park wasn't so big and popular, the new seasons would be completely different. it's just like the new episodes of the simpsons, it's no longer funny.

That's because it's a fucking joke. It's a joke. Like you, and your beliefs, evidently.

If you are really dumb enough to think that such things get put on TV as serious attempts to be racist, you're an idiot. You see these things as some crazy secret that no one gets; the problem is, you're just missing out on the fact that it's so simple that everyone gets it. You're over-complicating it, and it's pitiful. That's why people respond to your topics with "it's the illuminati". Because you've turned yourself, and everything you say here, into one big joke with your extreme paranoia.

Is it tacky? Yes. Is it unfunny? That's subjective. Are you seeing shit that just isn't there? Yes. You, and every one of those stupid idiots on YouTube that post the shit you call "proof" for your pea-brained theories.

so... eric cartman being concerned about non-american people being in a park and being racist throughout the entire episode, is normal? why would he or any other cartoon character be so concerned about a mexican swimming in a pool?

Be...cause...that...is...how...south...park...does...comedy.

Slow enough for you? Yes, it's tacky, but that's how they do it. It's mildly entertaining for some, offensive to others, and outright hilarious to fans. There's nothing crazy or secretive about it.

It's just like in "To wish Upon a Weinstein" when Peter Griffin finds a jew to handle some numbers or whatever. People find racism funny, so other people make skits and comedy based off of it.
