Because the last book has many details and shit, and they can't fit it in one movie, which will last maybe 2 hours. They need two movies for that.

Imagine how HORRIBLE the movie would be if they tried to stick everything into one movie? I have a feeling they still are going to screw Deathly Hallows up, though, I hope not though.

You know the part when Harry realizes the stuff about Deathly Hallows, after they have visited Luna's father? I hope they take that part in the movie, it's one of my favourite scenes. It's not full of action or anything though lol, but I just like that scene.
