Saw 7(3D)...

Alright guys i'll post what it is, i'll put the entire block in white text starting from here, but don't quote me cause otherwise it'll show up anyway and defeat the point lmao.
Note: I'm gonna add some of the backstory from the film in so it makes a bit of sense.

Alright, so after Saw 6 when Hoffman escapes the bear-trap, most of the film is following Hoffman around while he kills everybody easily. He wants to kill Jill for putting him in the trap, but he kills people so easily that you don't care anymore, he's gone into God mode and it's like nothing can stop him. Jill of course has gone to the police after running off when she saw Hoffman escape, because she now wants protection and immunity. So they lock her in a cell. In the end Hoffman tracks her down and sneaks into the station by hiding in a body bag. He kills the coroner, kills some other guy and basically fights his way through stabbing people in the neck till he gets to Jill. He knocks her out, ties her up and puts her in the Reverse Bear Trap (apparently for some reason the Reverse Bear Trap is now in a police station? Go figure), where she dies, and he then says "game over" and walks out. He proceeds to drench his lair in gasoline and sets it on fire, destroying all the Jigsaw evidence; as he walks out the place blows up. So Hoffman is safe from prosecution and he's walking off.

This is where the twist ending kicks in, this is the part that pissed me off unbelievably.

Suddenly, Hoffman is ambushed by three guys in pig-masks. One of em stabs him in the neck with a syringe so he can't move. The guy who did it takes off his mask, and who is it? DR. FUCKING GORDON. I was like seriously? Pleae don't do this shit. (It's never said who the other two guys were). The music starts playing and shows Jill drop off a video which turns out to be for Gordon. It has Jigsaw saying "you are perhaps my greatest asset" Then you see Jigsaw dragging Gordon from the pipe he used to cauterize his leg and splashing water on him. Then it shows him fit Gordon with an artificial leg, while Gordon struggles and cries. Then out of fucking nowhere, we go from this, to it showing that Gordon was the one who put the key behind that dude's eye in Saw II, was the one who suggested Jigsaw use Lynn Denlon in Saw III, the one who sewed the eyes and mouth shut in IV and the one who wrote Hoffman's "I Know Who You Are" note in V. Then the tape shows Jigsaw telling Gordon that "should anything happen to Jill i want you to act immediately on my behalf. I have shown you a lot of places, but there is perhaps one place which is most meaningful to you."

Can ya guess where he takes him? Yep, obvious as fuck right?

We then cut from this to Hoffman waking up chained to the same pipe as Adam's corpse. Gordon is by the entrance and walks towards him. Hoffman dives for the saw Gordon used to cut off his foot, so he can escape, but Gordon kicks it away from him and then picks it up and looks at it. Then he goes "I don't think so" and fucking throws it out the door. The way he says it is so like, evil and so unlike what his character was. Then he starts walking out as Hoffman's like "wtf you doing" blah blah, "Game over", the end.

The reason it pissed me off so much is cause all this happens in the three minute twist ending. Nothing is explained. Like, why would Gordon help the guy who made him cut his foot off? When you watch Saw I, Gordon goes nuts at the guy he thinks is Jigsaw, tries to shoot him and screams "i'll fucking kill you". Then Jigsaw fits him a new leg and what, he's cool about the whole thing? And what about Adam? He said he'd bring someone back, did he just turn into an arsehole and just forget about him? Cause he doesn't bring anyone back, all that happens is Amanda eventually kills him out of guilt. And how come now he's all malicious and evil, when in Saw I he's clearly not like that. And, having gone through the bathroom trap himself, how could he just guiltlessly lock Hoffman in there with no way of escape at all? Unless he has turned pure evil, but that's just bullshit in my opinion. I personally think the only reason they brought him back is cause he was the only character who's fate was ambiguous enough for them to say "okay, this is what he's been doing for the past 6 films" and cause they had no other ideas.

And that's why Saw 3D assraped the series. There's a lot more to say about why it sucks and all the things wrong with it, but i can't be arsed to go through it all it would take forever lol.

Wow, interesting. I didn't see saw 6 yet either, but saw 5 was dope. Anyway, I kinda wanna see it now cause the explanation was great, but I don't remember all the names, plus not seeing saw 6 doesnt help lol. I was wondering about the one dude you mentioned, and if he'd be in this, guess I was right

beginning is pretty fake though

i saw the 5th like a month ago for this first time, the last "trap" for the group of people was fuckin nuts, it was simple yet idk man it freaked me the fuck out, especially when the trap ended
