deffently got to watch this movie i hear it wazz good but then i herd it wazz bad ..gues i got to find out for my self

just finished watching it n i thought it was awesome, really a great film.


will smith does fantastic, great character and he plays it perfect, the special effects are excellent and beileivable, i think the story was great and gave the whole "zombie" like films a realistic turn with this, although i would have liked an explination as to why there were "immune" people it was just sorta open door syaing they were immune becuase...the were immune, no real reason. some people moaned about the ending, but this film was never gonni have a fairytale ending and i preferred it the way it did end, it was again realistic, i also loved the way they played on the fact he was turning insane due to no human contact n stuff.

Also, he was immune the same way some people are to chicken pox I guess. Just born with the immunity in his blood. Theres a million DNA strands in us, I guess one of them in him made him immune. I don't know lol.

yeh in the book they look more at the view that the "infected" are the civil ones and he is actually the killer, they played on it a little in the movie, when he captures the girl and you see the male infected expose himself to sunlight coz its obviously his daughter. i was expecting that to get played on more in the film and i was expecting the ending that was in the book, but the films ending is better for a movie and people who havent read or heard about the book.

this isnt like normal hollywood movies with lots of action etc that makes this a really good movie.....will smith did a excellent job....so did the dog! what i don't really get is -

he probably meant he was the only one alive in New York and maybe a big area around New York

It was worth the 6 dollars, but i dont think il be buying the DVD.

it wasn't i saw it today.. i love Will with all my heart rofl but the movie was.. you know lol n it was fuckn sad when Sam died
