I get where your coming from, but those movies aren't meant to make you shit out bricks from fear, cause there's no such thing as a movie that hardcore. Unless its an actual video of a serial killers, like real footage, only then will you shit out bricks. But yeah, we gotta appreciate what we have to choose from, cause at the end of the day, that's all we have.
