went today, fantastic movie.. a few 'extra' scenes that could have been cut out but w/e, 2 and a half hours of 6 billion deaths rofl. The whole movie is a giant adventure and they turns into a one against the world kinda thing..

Could have been better if they actually showed the destruction of more places, like CN tower, pyramids, eifel tower, great wall but they focused mostly on the Americas lol and the freakin white house destruction scene was like 3 seconds long, i didn't get a chance to clap for it rofl.

Wow, almost forgot about the effects.. Lets just say its breathtaking, the CGI in this movie was literally the best i have ever seen, im sure avatar will be better but this was insane..

but all in all its worth it.. Dont listen to reviews on this one, most are biased because they think the theory is stupid so they automatically assume the movie is shit

Hi,
I also watched 2012 and it excellent movie. But I do not believe in the destruction of earth in 2012. I think that nothing will happen in 2012.Apparently, the world is supposed to end in 2012 to be exact December 21st. A lot of people predict when the world will end on some far-fetched conspiracies and they always movie it back years later. And those too fail. First People said world would end in 2000 then nothing happened in 2000. In my opinion nobody know exactly what will happen in 2012 and end of the world is only in the hand of god.

one of my professors at my college had a presentation about 2012. She used lots of clips & screens from the movie, claiming everything they said was gonna happen is total bullshit. She was very scientific. Apparently she wanted to this when she started getting asked ?'s by elementary kids if they're gonna die in 3 years when they used to ask her about black holes. I personally think this whole 2012 craze is funny. but i still want to see the movie, it seems good

man this movie was whack as fuck

nothing about it said ANYTHING about the mayan calender. the effects were awesome, and very well done. but thats it... how many friggen count down's do they have to put into a movie? seriously they raced against a clock like 7 times...taking it down to the last second each and every time. give me a fuckin break..it was too long..and too dry. 1 star.

this movie was SHIT, what a waste of 200 million dollars..seriously.
