no, it is quite open ended..

There will be more. The story line is never ending. There is a guy killing everyone, and it turns out he has a helper. And then they die and it turns out they had another helper, and when he dies turns out they have another helper.

No it is the last. And it ended the series in the right fashion. They brought it back to the beginning in a sense. I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet

My guess is they're done, for now anyway...maybe in the future they will start up the franchise again like they did with friday the 13th's, halloween's, etc.

I wish they would have stopped with the first one honestly. It was a great movie. It would prob be in my top had the following films not dimmed it's shine.

Two was pretty decent. The rest were just a complete mindfuck of story line and people watched them to see the traps.

Agree. Agree. O and I agree on that as well.

Only thing, if the first movie was better produced, with better actors, that film would have to go down as one of the greatest films of all-time imo as one of the films representing the horror/gore genre. That ending is just...amazing

yeah, the plot got so in-depth, it became much more unrealistic, and i know it always was, but i mean there is a line and they crossed it. still enjoyed them tho, but the intense plot makes it harder to follow as well, so yeah first movie is the shit is basically still my stance

They probably won't make any more because they don't see it as viable, everyone knows how shit the films have now become, plus the sales have steadily gone further and further down with every shit sequel. That's the only reason they have stopped. Seriously. Trust me, if they thought it would still do good enough numbers, they would keep this story going to Saw 16. Even Saw 3D, "The Final Chapter", has an ending that could easily be worked around.

The last good one was Saw III. Saw III was supposed to be the end, it's the last one the original guys wrote. But no, Lionsgate made them add in a couple of tiny hints on Saw III that weren't originally in the script, just so they could make Saw IV and have a plot to follow.

I'm sad about what happened to Saw, Saw 3D skullfucked the entire series in terms of plot and the sequels have got more and more boring ever since. I like to pretend Saw III is the last one, and if you do that it's a pretty solid trilogy of films.

Hopefully. The reason it don't work is mainly you've seen it all before and the plot got strecthed further than Big Pun's waistline

How does it end? Someone spoil, please, I don't wanna waste time watching the movie, especially if it's shit. The first 3 were good, and the first Saw is a modern classic IMO. 4 and 5 blew cock (but the twist in 4 was awesome).
