The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

Postby Ubb » Dec 7th, '13, 18:03

Any Spidey fans on this forum?

Man, when I saw this trailer, I got a nerdgasm. It looks awesome, and I cannot wait to see this movie. TASM2 has potential to the best Spidey movie.

I care way too much about this movie tbh.
I hate these decisions:
3 villains
Rhino's armour
Norman Osborne being 200 years old
Harry Osborne's hair (I know, but still)
Aunt May is too young
No Mary Jane
Peter Parker not being awkward (but that's more Raimi, not comic book origin)

I kinda like:
Green goblin
Green goblin not wearing a toys r us mask
Shocker
Lead role actor
Emma stone
Machine web, not the Raimi shit
Action scenes in the trailer

Nervous but hyped!

Looks like the special effects will be really cool. Not too sure about the storyline. Well I guess we'll have to see when it comes out.

Not so into the trailer, but I liked the first one, so hopefully number 2 won't disappoint.

Should be every Spidey fan's dream tbh. This seems to be the truest interpretation of the character on film so far. I love Raimi's films, but I think the character is in great hands with Marc Webb. I always wondered why multiple villians was never introduced and executed (barring the mess of SM3). The comics always had some side shit going on, and I get that can be difficult in film, but if executed properly, this sets up a massive series culminating in the first appearance of the sinister six on film.

Nic Cage should've been Peter Parker. He would've done such a good job in that role.

Nic Cage is great in any role.

Prove me wrong.

You can't.

Case closed.

Or should I say... Cage closed.
