Guess they both are. But Hanik will not. He's a diva and won't go back to a cable show wtf. Didn't want him anyway.

Any involvement with Walt would probably be him teaching Jesse in school.

Ahhh, wire...
"So one last time, I'm back, 'fore it fades into black and it's all over, behold the final chapter in the saga, trying to recapture that lightning trapped in a bottle twice, the magic that started it all...tragic portrait of an artist tortured....trapped in his own drawings..." - Bruce.

I'm sure both Walt and Jessy will make cameo appearances, in a flashback or in a flash forward, maybe even as different characters

Different characters would be an insult to the audience honestly.

I don't think Walt will be in it unfortunately

I don't actually want either of them to have an appearance, I think it would be kind of stupid. I'm done with their story. And if it's a prequel, they haven't even started their story, so it would just be really pointless if we did saw...say, Jesse in highschool and Walter teaching.

I feel like I agree. But then the chance to see them acting in the best roles of their lives, with such talent takes over my opinion.
Jesse lead Walt to Saul saying he knew of him through his cousin or something. It seemed like they never met but they could work it in.
The only problem I have is of course Aaron Paul is older and bigger so he would look awkward as a younger Jesse. And two, Walt would have to be the plain boring straight edge at the beggining of the show.

But in all, I trust Gilligan and his creativity and authenticity. Im sure if they do include those characters it will still be good. Maybe not the characters we got from BB, but good.

And p.s. Kanyabis isn't as good as Cranstabis
