Napolean Dynomite - it sucks, no real plot line

Ali G movie - hahahahahahaha

Borat - Had some funny points. Since i'm one of those immature teens, one of the funny things was the naked fight. Had everyone in the theater laughing, even though everyone was else was 18+.

Why is it rated R in other countries and here it's 14A?
