N i guess theres like some big scene on how he finds his iconic hockey mask, where as in the originals he just randomly starts wearing it

na i think that'd ruin the original. Not cuz remakes suck but cuz they're thinking of having a diff. actor play freddy when the same guy played freddy in EVERY film. i even read that they were considering billy bob Thornton as the replacement. although tbh i can kind of seeing him being a good freddy lol...wats with all the horror remakes tho? first halloween, now friday the 13th, childs play (which im excited for just cuz i was a big fan of chucky growing up), n maybe nightmare on elm street

Horror remakes are easy way to make more money with a old dead idea lol.

I think a new nightmare movie would be good...they could still use the same guy to do the voice and just have someone else be in all the makeup.
