My Opinion of the film: I am deeply involved in poetry, I love to write my own, it's a great way of expressing your deepest and hidden emotions. So I love that they intwined the poetry of Edgar Allen Poe into the movie. And the darkness and sneakiness of Hank's character goes great with his obsession of Poe. I also love how they added trade marks of Poe's, like the Crow. Everytime they went to dump a body off the bridge, the Crow was there keeping a watchful eye. I love the Southern Traditions that they added to the movie and how Tom Hanks was actually able to do a great job at impersonating a Southern Gentlemen. This movie is really stupid I admit, and one of Hank's lesser performances, but it is still diabolically funny in a creepy-fucked-up type of way...
