The Condemned

Postby Ivy » Feb 10th, '09, 18:30

Summary
The story of Joe Conrad, who is awaiting the death penalty in a corrupt Central American prison. He is "purchased" by a wealthy television producer and taken to a desolate island where he must fight to the death against nine other condemned killers from all corners of the world, with freedom going to the sole survivor.

Review
This is a high-paced action-packed movie that gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Fight To The Death!" This film has to probably be one of the best produced by WWE, and mostly they make the worst films out there. I do have to say there are some scenes that can get quite graphic or can cause a person to look the other way, for example the rape and murder scene, which is not for the "Faint of Heart". That's probably one of the reasons why I don't watch this film as often as others might, but it still has an excellent plot and great acting. I would still recommend this just for a rainy day or what not...
