(Movie) The Last House On The Left (2009)

Summary:

The Collingwood family (Emma, John and Mari, their daughter) leave for vacation at their lakehouse. Soon after they arrive Mari borrows the family car to see her friend Paige who works at a local store. Meanwhile, Krug, Francis, and Sadie are on the run after helping Krug escape from prison and killing two police officers. They go back to the motel room only to discover that after meeting the girls at the store, Krug's son Justin had invited the two girls back to the motel to smoke weed. The rogues think it's too risky to let the girls go and after kidnapping and assaulting the two teenagers (and stealing Mari's car) the trio find refuge back at the lakehouse...........

What happens when Mari's parents find out what they did to their daughter?

Review:

This is really only for people who can stand a little (or maybe a lot) of blood and gore. I will say though that it was chilling - only because it's one of those horrors that could come true - kidnapping, assaulting, rape. Guess parts of it do show you how far someone could go when another hurts the ones you love. Maybe that's what it's really about. But I don't know...i'd say it's definitely worth watching, I just wouldn't watch it again for kicks, and i love a bit of blood and gore. I'm still not sure on it - there isn't MUCH of a storyline, and to me it seemed only about who can bleed the most.

Yeah, it's got that chill effect just cause their normal (kinda) people. I'd say it's worth watching, but nothing amazing.
