I love the scene in Fried Green Tomatoes where Kathy Bates finally goes over the edge and starts smashing into that VW(driven by smartass girls that took her parking space and told her face it lady, we're younger and faster) over and over while she is laughing hysterically then she tells the young girls "Face it girls, I'm older and I've got more insurance."

In True Romance when Dennis Hopper's character tells Christopher Walken's character that Sicillians were spawned by niggers, that's the best scene.
Perfect thing the say to a mobster while you're tied to a chair: "Your great, great, great, great grandmother fucked a nigger... and she had a half nigger kid..."
