Chris Johnson became the sixth player in NFL history to rush for 2,000 yards in a season. His 2,006 yards are the fifth-most in a single season.
• Johnson rushed for 134 yards (2 TDs) in the game, his 11th straight game with 100 yards. That ties the second-longest streak in NFL history. Barry Sanders owns the record with 14 straight 100-yard games.
• Johnson also set an NFL record for yards from scrimmage in a season with 2,509. Marshall Faulk held the previous mark of 2,429 in 1999.
• Tennessee finished the season 8-8 after starting it 0-6.
