Barca yeah, They stopped United from playing in the lol... started well though

it would be a great game if they both got in the final... playing in form i could see Nani and Young giving the defence a hard time

United fans crying about the penalty - it's about time a decision went against them at OT. Also, Rooney's kick at Colo went unpunished and Fabio got away with shit loads when he was on a yellow. Have that you glory hunting fucks.

Defence was exceptional last 10 minutes, Simpson's goal line clearance, Krul's saves and Saylor's blocks were immense.

And of course:

DEMBA DEMBA BA DEMBA BA DEMBA DEMBA BA!!!

Behave yourself silly cunt, Great defending yeah.. apart from defence meh.. average winger on each side.. v lucky on more than one occasion.

First half was even, Raylor and Ba had chances, we got into a load of good positions.

Average wingers? Obertan raped Evra first half. And pleae don't deny it, anyone who watched the game could see Evra couldn't handle him. Jonas was quiet but he's been one of our best players this year and is prbably the most hard-working winger in the league - he adds more to our team than stats show.

And remember, this was Newcastle WITHOUT Tiote. Arguably our most important player in games against the best teams.

If defending for our lives is luck, then I guess we were lucky, yeah. If you're talking decisions, ref was awful in general. Fabio and Rooney both should have been sent off and Vidic got away with shit loads of fouls all game (as he always does).

Don't be silly, this is not the first time we get bad decisions at OT,like you ABUs would like to believe.the game against Chelsea two seasons ago spring to mind(but your ABU cunt memory won't let you remember that).you got a lucky draw through a terrible decision by a linesman period.we dominated the game(i'll admit NUFC played well in the first half and defended well in the latter part of the second),but that doesn't change the fact we bossed the game an deserve to win.if only our strikers came with their scoring boots,we would have been about 3 up before the linesman got the chance to cock up.

The offside goal by Drogba, was followed by a hand-ball goal by Macheda in the same match, 1-0 and 2-1 is the same thing...... and yes this is one of the most rare-ish times were United gets a bad decision (HOME or AWAY)

and the only reason United went on a spree in the second half, was the sending off of Jonas, And United had a few Red Card moments with nothing given to them.... A draw was more than fair

My point still stands.

Like Chelsea and other top team get bad decisions at home, all the time.

United got a hand full of chance right after the goal be Hernandez before the pen and red card.

This this this.

Messi and Villa were horrible and Sanchez doesn't seem fit for the big matches yet.

If we continue like this, Real Madrid will rape us in 3 weeks.

I can't be bothered to argue back to a gloryhunting bitter Man United fan. There are more important things, such as Gary Speed's death.

Pretty much in total shock right now. One of my favourite players to watch growing up, absolute Newcastle legend. So, so sad. RIP Gary.

I was just about to post this.

It's been suggested that he hanged himself.

R.I.P Gary Speed!

Who is bitter?, myself or you that looks for the slightest opportunity to slate United.your hatred/bitterness torwards all thing United, is well documented on this forum.

and gloryhunter? Smh,I was born a Red.just because I dont reside in England any more doesn't make me a gloryhunter.
Its obvious you havent been out of Tyneside before, maybe when you do,you'll start thinking differently.

I wasn't saying the defence get lucky Newcastle have the best defence in the league but young broke through again and again.. he was off it when it came to placing the ball in the net having plenty of chances but yeah being without Tit is a big loss for Newcastle teams alot more creative with him.. missed that in the 2nd half most off all

Rest in peace Gary, Can't believe it... wasn't that long ago he was playing i will always remember him as the great Leeds player he was.

Still can't believe that news regarding Gary. Very sad indeed. He was doing a good job at Wales, too.

On a different note, I really hope Barcelona don't buy Romeu back. He's looking very promising so there's a huge chance they will. Gah, that contract clause is ridiculous.

with Mascherano 28, Busquets 23? or sth... they shouldn't need him, but I have that feeling that they will eventually want him back :/

but hey, if Romeu doesn't want to go, they can't force him, the buyout clause only works if both parties want the deal, we gotta keep Romeu happy or under the radar

Agreed. I was thinking that too, do Barcelona even need him? But like you, I have a feeling they will want him back.

To be honest, if he's loyal to Chelsea he should stay without question. We've gave him the chance to step forward to hopefully he will respect that. But who knows? Barcelona are the best club in the world (imo) so I wouldn't be surprised.
