Meanwhile, in Portugal, Benfica - Sporting was postponed to Tuesday at 8:15pm (GMT). Why?

Portugal was hit by a storm and then things started flying from Estadio da Luz's roof. Something like glass wool.

Primera looks crazy right now... all 3 teams with 57 points & very close GD wise too. It will go down to the wire.

The game should have been postponed in the first place, they knew a storm was coming, it was an acident waiting to happen

Its the most exciting season in years, damn :worship:

I agree... I remember when Deportivo & Valencia were really strong & were challenging either Barca or Real for years & I remember legendary Barca vs. Real battles during the race but I definitely don't remember 3 teams that close at this stage of the season. It's amazing. :y:

Atleast Juve dropped points :flower:

You're right... Fiorentina & Napoli closed in but at least Juve dropped points.
The worst part was none of Totti's 3 long range beautiful shots went in even though all of them were so close.
Tomorrow's game against Napoli is the most important game of the season so far though... get ready my brother!

Yeah man, will be a firecracker, damn. First game was great.

Also btw, the guy who fell down when Ronaldo touched him said this in an interview recently:
"Cristiano called out for a foul and I told him it was not a foul and I pushed him a little in the chest," Gurpegui told Marca.
"That is when he touched my face and I fell. My reaction was to go to the ground, without any intention for the referee to send him off without previous provocation."
He's basically saying
>I pushed Ronaldo
>Ronaldo touched me
>My reaction was to hit the floor
>Not my intention for him to get a card
wat/10 :confusion:

That first game was great indeed... I expect similar one tomorrow.

About Ron... he obviously didn't hurt that guy at all but unfortunately he couldn't handle it the right way after the provocation. It sucks 'cuz he's been on fire as of late & esp. 'cuz that comes in such important part of the season but it was definitely more his fault than the ref's. As a matter of fact he's been dealing great with provocations or with players who play dirty against him so I was very surprised he reacted this way to be honest.

Cantona is one of the greatest... :worship: I remember when he said that about journalists.

Fiorentina are 2 minutes away from the Coppa Italia final...

I saw the highlights yesterday... :y: Primera Liga is definitely very competitive this year. Benfica deserves a lotta credits 'cuz they kind of opened a gap leaving Porto & Sporting behind even though they don't have Matic anymore. :worship:

Absolutely phenomenal indeed... he's so close to those records & already holds so many other ones at the age of 26. :worship:
