Europa League it is.

Probably being over dramatic, but I don't see us closing the gap.

Well... awful first half but i guess the result serves both teams right for being conservative in their play.

Not mad, just feel sorry for you for missing out on awesomeness.

Relegation battle:- i've always like Owen Coyle and Bolton was my "second team" this season until swansea started playing really well lol. Well, as it stands, they are out of the relegation zone and with Wigan missing chances (71 shots at goal, 15 on target, 2 goals  ) and QPR still to face Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester City, and Wolves without a manager... this is the best chance they have of staying up. beating bolton would be a nice added bonues too

Edit- how the fuck did that happen to QPR?!! lol whoever did that should be hanged lol

I'll happily watch QPR get relegated. Get in Sunderland! :)

Sunderland 3-1 QPR. Good result.

Liverpool 1-2 Wigan. Brilliant result for Wigan, I do wonder how long Liverpool with stick with Daglish though..

So what you guys think about the Milan - Barcelona game?

I'd say 3-1 for Milan.

We can still qualify by winning the Champions League, who knows what can happen there, we can only hope to god

On the plus side, Cahill was an awesome buy. £7m is looking more and more like a bargain. Not to mention his pace which is very important when playing alongside Terry. One defender needs to be able to track back quickly.

I'm yet to be seriously impressed by Cahill. Think he's vastly overrated. Played well enough today though. Shit game, mind.

Liverpool are just hilarious. If this was any other manager/team the media would have hounded them to death and they would have been out the door. Over £100m spent and they're 7th. Brilliant.

This is a quote from Enrique last summer on NUFC: “This club will never again fight to be among the top six with this policy.” - Okay, Jose.

Brilliant work from Cahill after Adebayor beat the trap. Thankfully it was Cahill tracking back though, Terry would never have made that.

He's a solid defender. Easily worth the £7m we paid for him. He's quick, great in the air, has good technique and most importantly, he has has been consistent.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's an exceptional player, but he has rarely put a foot wrong since his move. He's only just turned 26 so he still has time to improve.

Well, as I said, he was decent today. That clearance was good but it was making up for his own mistake (stepping up to try and play him offside). I thought he was poor against Man City (Nasir goal especially) and away at Napoli, as well as a couple of other games I can't quite remember off the top of my head.

He's not bad, but he's not good enough for a Champions League team.
