We've signed Schwarzer for free on a one year contract. Great deal - he's an upgrade to our former backup goalkeepers and brings a lot of experience with him. Good signing.

Man it's crazy how popular 'Soccer' is around the world, yet not so much in America. Where I live it, the sport literally has no popularity whatsoever. :confusion:

If you have a big Reputation, this is the summer to secure that big Money deal. Suarez, Cavani, Lebadownski, Rooney, Jovetic, Negredo.... The big name, bigger money deals about to happen are crazy.

Neymar is not worth the money barcelona payed, Modrić is not worth that money, C. Ronaldo, Bale is not worth 100 millions or whatever. Footbal trades are becoming the cancer of world.

One could also slightly blame it on financial fair play. Because PSG, City and Monaco want to be the best teams around and won't be able to do so in the next few years because of restrictions they are almost forced into making a flurry of big money signings.
