Yes, but it seems that the injury is serious

A club spokeswoman confirmed on Sunday afternoon that the Portuguese winger suffered a "very deep gash"
:shakehead:

The good thing is that Valencia is fit to play.

Killa wrote:Hmm, a gash is kind of bad but isn't as bad as you could fear from that. No fractures or breaks. From the picture the best possible outcome is probably a deep gash as that is all you see in it.

Maybe, but still it will take some time to fully recover. We can just guess, but tomorrow we'll know more after his medical exam.

We were awful on Saturday. Steven Taylor is the most overrated player in existence - he's bad enough at centre back but full back?! Shocking. Awful decision to play him there. Arteta ran us ragged all game.

Shitty atmosphere as well.

Good result for united today

Interesting to see they refused to talk to the media post-match.

They really are a bunch of arrogant classless sore losers.

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Spurs drop points! Good weekend for the mighty blues :)

Foot? Is that a foot? Carragher hit him just below the knee.

And I don't know how many times I saw that yesterday, that pic looks fake. He bled for sure, but it didn't look that bad. And it doesn't matter if he stood up right after the tackle, he obviously was in shock. That being said: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YEAH!

No, I am a City fan.

I would respond but 1) its true and 2) most of the people on here who support united have never even been to the UK so don't count.
