I dont know. Would have given the yellow at least. Marchisio lost the ball and he stepped on the players knee. Harsh but Uruguay was also not given a penalty

Suarez should be suspended honestly. The ref was a piece of shit, the red card was a bit harsh, he didn't give Suarez the red and didn't give Cavani a clear penalty.
