Weird enough that injury might be good for Messi 'cuz he won't be totally worn off like most other players who'd have 60+ games behind them before the WC... only if he remained fit until then of course.

Can't believe Portugal have Germany again :shakehead:
I'm a huge Portugal fan because I used to go there all the time when I was young + CR7 :worship:
Q. What did Eminem say to 50 when he caught him wearing a sweater?
A. GEE YOU KNITT??

I ain't no fucking G, I'm a cannibal
I ain't tryin to shoot you, I'm tryin to chop you into pieces and eat you
Wrap you in rope and plastic, stab you with broken glass
And have you with open gashes strapped to a soakin mattress
Coke and acid, black magic, cloaks and daggers
Fuck the planet, 'til it spins on a broken axis

Well since im turning 21 in this year and my dad will be 45, we are planning to fulfill our dreams and go to the world cup :D we are planning to see the Portugal vs USA match. Im a big Real Madrid, so it would be great to see Ronaldo, Coentrao and Pepe, and im from the US although I root for Peru more when it comes to Internationals.

However, after reading all the controversy and the bad things that are happening in Brazil, does any one know if it will be safe?

Damn, you need to post more! Keep up with the Football thread and shit breh. Madrid for life.

Also damn, its SO worth going. I'm not going myself, because of cash etc, but if I were you, I'd defintely go. Its as safe as you make it I'd say.

Watching CR play with Portugal must be the biggest of dreams :flutter:

Been a fan since early 2000s :D but my favorite player is Sergio Ramos. When it comes to football (or soccer whichever) I have 2 dreams, Peru in the world cup and going to CL final with Real Madrid in it, but I really want to visit the Bernabeu.

Money is a bit of a problem, but I think we can resolve it quickly. The game will take place in Manaus in the amazon, so its going to be an oven. Its that as I read about Brazil theres always riots and safety issues and stuff like that.

It'll be most likely safe in the restricted tourists areas for the most part IMO but you definitely have to be on your toes 24/7 regardless...
