I can't believe the Lakers did this. I can't believe it. I'm....

:'(

Trading Lamar? :(

All you had to do was keep Odom. Amnesty Luke. Sign Chauncey. Trade Pau for Scola/ Kevin Martin/ Dragic, after you were told the CP3 traded was vetoed. This was the same players the Rockets were giving up in the CP3 deal that broke down. And also the same player that they were getting.

Finally, offer Caracters and Sasha's trade exception over to New Orleans for Ariza.

PG-Chauncey Billups/ Derek Fisher/ Steve Blake/ Dragic
SG-Kobe Bryant/ Kevin Martin/ Andrew Goudelock (Barnes) (Who could alternate between the Sg/Sf position at times)
SF-Metta World Peace/ Lamar Odom/ Trevor Ariza/ Jason Kapono/ (Again, even BARNES* when/if needed)
PF- Scola
C-Andrew Bynum

One hole I see in that is that it's missing a third big man. Lamar could have filled that role at times. But even last year, no big man backing up Pau and 'Drew really got a lot of minutes....

A romantic interlude in a livin’ room,
In an inner tube with a dude with a bit of lube
Fuck that I’m sniffin’ glue, sippin' gin & juice,
And a little bit of paint thinner with my dinner too,
You better pay me for my bars like your rent is due,
Now hurry up and finish dude before I finish you."

It's being reported that the Lakers are close to signing Josuhua McRoberts. Lol. I hope these are just small moves to deepen our roster before a big trade, because I'm still waiting for Mitch to replace the loss of Lamar. I'm still shocked, how do you give up your best bench player, especially when you know your bench already sucked dick to begin with? :shakehead:

I just hope that Arenas ends up in a contender team (preferably along side Howard).

Howard & Turkey Glu may be Nets. Interesting. If the Nets get Howard they may be a contender in the near future.

theyd make playoffs easy, cause they would take the spot of Magic.
any team with howard is gonna be ok, in the ever growing east they would be nice.
with Howard and Turkalo(sp) chemistry amongst semi decent Nets players. theyll make
playoffs

east playoffs are basically

celts, heat, knicks, hawks, nets(now), bulls, pacers and then a random 8th team
