Pirlo & De Rossi will most likely miss the Brazil game... it doesn't get worse than that to be honest.

Really hope so.

If we got Cavani as the final piece of the jigsaw that would be incredible.

If you get those two players, you've pretty much won the league. The strength and depth in the current City squad is immense.

We need to strengthen our midfield area fast. We have no one who can really control a game. The only true CDM's we have are Mikel and Romeu. Neither of which can dictate the tempo of the game.

We need to make a few more moves this summer.

I don't really know...didn't watch tv at all the last couple of days. If I hear something I'll tell you.

That sounds too good to be true... should have happened long time ago. In a perfect world a government tax must be like 15% tops. 53% plus additional taxes for different brackets is insane & has been destroying football all over Europe for 20 & more years now.

In all honesty, Buffon could've easily stopped it.

Buffon was pretty bad tbh.

Marcelo was great. He was constantly an outlet for attack on the left and he attacks so well. I was pretty impressed with his passing.

No, I didn't, because I didn't see it at all. My bad.

I'll be honest, for some reason I was thinking of Lello when I responded to you, because, you know... everything related to Barca is bad, overrated, "UEFAlona", etc...

I still think they have a good midfield to put on a nice match and at least it isn't a do-or-die match. I hope Giovinco plays, I think he could take on any defender head on like Giaccherini did in their friendly a few months back.

Italy kinda lost it before it started to be honest homie... Pirlo & De Rossi make the difference.
I say it was a great game but Italy looked really bad most of the first half... & some of the second too.
Barzagli should start the next game too IMO...

Honestly...I didn't expect Prandelli to start Aquilani and Candreva for this match :facepalm Especially since he subbed the former out so early in the match prior.
I also think Italy's best chance is to mimic Juventus' formation. Their defender are used to that and look like headless chickens when they are used in a four defense lineup. Just like when Italy faced Spain in their Euro opener, they looked so much more solid and stronger and it'd bring the best out of the Juventus players who make up the majority of the starting squad.
Giaccherini has been pretty fucking awesome all tournament though.

I agree with everything you said... the underlined part is totally on point too!

Great manager. I think he'll do well with Madrid.

Although he plays where we've got the most depth and strength in, I'm happy we've got him. Chelsea.. go out and grab a midfielder please!

I think Schurrle will be a great addition to the squad.

Schurrle - Mata - Hazard

...looks like a great and more direct attacking midfield. Oscar needs to be moved back in the pivot, that position suits him better and I think he'll flourish there.
