Question about energy (KJ/kkcal)

Postby AspirinE » Dec 5th, '06, 20:46

I gots a question for those that try to keep watch of they fitness and shit.

Im not too keen of physics and biology so i might be completely delusional. but one of my friends told me that for wich ever exersize u do theres a way to calculate the amount of physical workout needed to burn off a specific amount of energy (in calories or watever)

Does anyone here know anything about that?
Maybe hook me up with an equation or something...

sorry for the stupid question. Lol

it doesnt have the pull-up bar .. :(

i do a complex of 18- then 16 -then -12 - then 10- then -8 pull ups with 45 seconds interval everyday, i really just wanted to calculate how much energy that shit burns, coz i get stronger and im well pumped up but ive got a need to burn some extra pounds.

anyway, thanx.
