we were told 2 do it in school, teacher goes, after do it u can play bball 4 the rest of the lesson.. so every1 passed lvl 1 and just stood there... teacher goes what u w8ing for? keep running... n we were like, where nackerd, cant run no more....... and got the basketball out.... ah our PE Teacher got terrored.... but not as bad as the PE teacher in "As The World Turns" on Eminems album :P

its beep test becuase u run to a series of levels that have a number of beeps u must reach the 20 m distance before it beeps.

ya i finsihed it, the only reason is b/c i've been runnin 4 my whole life due to lacrosse, like 4 the longest time every practice we ran that till half the team could finish it ...it was hell on earth

i think i'd do quite good on it; i can jog for about 2-3 miles (bout 30 mins) without stopping and run for half that non-stop

sadly the last time i did i got 6.7 and that was even before i started martial arts etc :P
