How to play against older and better soccer players in soccer game? I play soccer for a team that is one age up from my actual age and i keep getting pushed around and i lose the ball when i get it and i panic. Thank you for your answers!

dont panic.know what you want to do with the ball before you get it.dont be afraid of contact either cos if other players sense that, you will be killed
it sounds like you have a slight build.dont feel pressured to go to the gym.ability is far more important than strength
