For u first signature ever it is awesome. Just put a stroke on it and it's done.
A stroke is easy, Make new layer, make selection over whole the signature go to (Edit -> Stroke, take 2 Pixels and choose a color) Done.

For a transparacy stroke put after these steps de layer on ''Overlay''.
Good luck, but really this is nice for u first.
